I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Mrs Marnile. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, the room itself was outdated and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke which was not pleasant.

the rooms were spacious, clean, and complete. the manager of operations, Mr Yousof, was incredibly kind. room service, though not always able to fulfill our requests, was prompt. overall, a pleasant experience with cozy beds and a welcoming atmosphere.

While staying at the hotel, I took advantage of the sauna and explored the nearby attractions. The dining options were diverse, and the apartments were equipped with modern facilities. The views of the Arabian Gulf from my suite were breathtaking. The spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the staff was highly trained. it was a convenient base for both business and leisure travelers. My quick massage after a stressful meeting was just what I needed. And the spacious apartments were an easy drive from the airport.

The 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and pillows. The big bathroom with a shower and new bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Norma from the customer relation ship department was instrumental in extending my stay at a great rate, and the bell boys were fantastic in assisting with my luggage. The pool, though small, provided a nice way to cool down and relax. a great value for money and a memorable experience.

The spacious apartments with parquet flooring and carpeted bedrooms felt like a cozy home away from home. The magnificent views of the Arabian Gulf were simply breathtaking. The electronic safe, iron & ironing board, and large screen LCD Television made the stay convenient and comfortable.

I personally found the shower curtains with an overhead shower a bit outdated.

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket that caters to most of our cooking needs. It is also near the airport, making it very accessible. The room service is fast and polite, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has good prices and the food served in the restaurant is good.

The property is conveniently located around 12 km from the thrilling Sharjah Paintball Park, offering an exhilarating experience for families.
